▪ Grace worked for an Arabic family with 2 children (ages 3 and 4) and a 60-year-old grandmother with diabetes in a landed house (4 bedrooms, 3 toilets). She was the only helper.

▪ Grace worked for a Chinese family with 2 children (1 year old and 4 years old) and an 80-year-old grandmother with psoriasis (mobile but requires assistance). They lived in a landed house (4 bedrooms, 3 toilets). She was the only helper.

▪ Provided care for both children and elderly
▪ Assisted the grandmother with walking and daily needs
▪ Managed childcare routines and ensured children’s safety
