From 2022 until 2024, Jenalyn worked as a domestic helper in Bahrain for a family with four children: one 5-year-old boy and three girls aged 9, 11, and 13 years old. The family lived in a two-storey house with five bedrooms and five toilets. She was the only helper working in the household. Her main responsibility was to take care of the 5-year-old boy, including bathing, preparing school items such as uniforms, socks, and shoes, and assisting with school projects and assignments. In addition to childcare, she also handled household duties such as assisting in cooking, cleaning, ironing, and laundry.

Her special skills include swimming, bicycle riding, and hand sewing. She is willing to learn how to bake and is also willing to do car washing, gardening, and pet care. She prefers to work for Chinese families, Indian vegetarian families, and Indian non-vegetarian families.
