▪ Joan has gained over two years of hands-on experience working with a Kuwaiti family in an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. She initially cared for a 1-year-old child and, shortly after joining, also began looking after two additional newborns as her employer expanded the family. Joan’s main responsibilities involved full-time childcare, where she managed daily routines for the children, including bathing, feeding, preparing milk, sterilizing bottles, diaper changes, and dressing.

▪ Joan was one of two helpers in the household, where her primary focus was on childcare while the other helper managed cooking. She also handled various household chores like cleaning, laundry, and ironing, contributing to the smooth functioning of the household.
